To be considered as a potential HOF inductee, an application form must be completed either by the potential inductee or an arbitrary individual, and submitted to the HOF Board for consideration.
A completed application form does not automatically guarantee induction into the HOF or the year of induction. Send completed applications to the current HOF president (see Contacts).
